Refunds

DataLock is committed to client satisfaction. However, due to the nature of digital and customized services, refunds are limited to specific conditions outlined below.

4.1 Non-Refundable Services

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a signed agreement, the following are non-refundable:

  • Cybersecurity assessments, audits, or consulting once delivered.

  • Cloud migration or automation setup after initiation.

  • License or subscription-based tools purchased on your behalf.

4.2 Eligible Refund Scenarios

Refunds may be approved if:

  • A service is paid for but never initiated.

  • You cancel the service within 7 days of payment and no resources were allocated.

  • A technical issue on our end prevented successful delivery of the agreed scope.

4.3 Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at [your email] with your full name, invoice number, and reason for the request.

  2. Requests will be reviewed within 5 business days.

  3. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

4.4 Chargebacks & Disputes

We encourage clients to reach out to us directly before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized disputes may result in service suspension or legal action.
